Terms and Conditions

1. Introduction

These Terms and Conditions govern the provision of business address and mail handling services by CoreCity Ltd (the Company) to the client (the Customer). By purchasing any service, the Customer agrees to these Terms.

2. Services Provided

CoreCity Ltd provides registered office address services, business correspondence addresses, mail handling, scanning, and forwarding where applicable.

3. Identity Verification (AML Compliance)

We are required by UK law to verify the identity of all customers. Services begin only after successful verification. We may request additional documentation or refuse service if checks fail.

4. Acceptable Use

The address must not be used for illegal, fraudulent, or undisclosed high-risk activities. The address must not be used for parcel storage or physical goods unless agreed in writing.

5. Mail Handling

Customers are notified when mail is received. Mail is stored for up to 30 days. Uncollected mail may be destroyed after this period.

6. Mail Forwarding

Forwarding charges apply. CoreCity Ltd is not responsible for postal delays or losses after dispatch.

7. Payments

Services are billed monthly in advance. Non-payment may result in suspension or termination. No refunds for partial months.

8. Cancellation

Minimum service term is 12 months. 30 days notice is required for cancellation.

9. Limitation of Liability

CoreCity Ltd is not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Liability is limited to the fees paid in the previous 3 months.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
